On January 13, armed pro-Kremlin mercenaries violated the ceasefire in Donbas 14 times. Two Ukrainian servicemen sustained combat injuries in action. The HQ of the Joint Forces Operation reported that on Facebook.

'The occupants shelled the outposts of our military from grenade launchers in the area of Novhorodske. They used BMP-2 and heavy machine guns to attack Novotoshkivske settlement. Stanytsia Luhanska came under fire from small arms. 

Krasnohorivka, Avdiivka, Opytne, Lebedynske, Hnutove, Berezove came under fire from small arms and heavy machineguns.

On January 12, the enemy shelled Ukrainian positions three times.

Since the outbreak of hostilities in eastern Ukraine, the Ukrainian military engineers have inspected about 30,000 hectares of territory and eliminated 429 thousand explosive items. It is reported by the Office of Environmental Safety and Mine Action of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine
