Two Ukrainian soldiers were killed and five were injured in ATO area during the past 24 hours. The enemy shelled 48 times. This was reported by the ATO press center in Facebook.

Epicenter of the confrontation was in Mariupol direction. Militants shelled Ukrainian positions in Berezove from 82 mm mortars, anti-aircraft autocannon ZU-23-2, grenade launchers and heavy machine guns. Hnutove and Vodyane were hit from IFV weaponry. The enemy used grenade launchers of different systems to attack Bohdanivka and Chermalyk and heavy machine guns to shell Shyrokyne and Krasnohorivka. Enemy snipers were shootig in Hnutove.

In Donetsk direction the areas of Avdiivka and Butivka mine were the most dangerous zones, where Russian terrorist forces shelled Ukrainian positions from 120 and 82 mm mortars, grenade launchers of different systems and heavy machine guns. The enemy used 82 mm mortars, grenade launchers and small arms to attack in Pisky. Militants shelled Verkhnyotoretske from grenade launchers, Kamianka – from heavy machine guns and small arms.

In Luhansk direction, Ukrainian positions in Krymske were shelled from 120 mm mortars.

To reduce enemy’s attacks, ATO forces fired in response.

Earlier it was reported that despite the reached agreement of Trilateral Contact Group regarding ceasefire, Russia-backed occupation forces continue conducting provocative shelling of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Enemy violated ceasefire agreement 23 times over past day. Two Ukrainian soldiers of the Armed Forces were killed, two more got wounded.
