Two Ukrainian servicemen wounded in Donbas over 24 hours

The enemy launched 16 attacks on the positions of government troops

Over the past 24 hours, two Ukrainian servicemen were wounded in the combat area in Donbas; sixteen attacks were observed there during the mentioned period. The press service of the HQ of Joint Forces Operation reported this on Monday morning.

In nine cases, the enemy used Minsk-banned weapons. 82 mm mines hit Malynove, Vodyane, Luhanske, Novoluhanske and Chermalyk. 120 mm mortar attacks took place near Troitske and Luhanske.

No firing activity was observed in the combat area since midnight.

Four Russian mercenaries were killed, another six sustained wounds in action during the said period.

Recently, the Ukrainian military liberated the village Rozsadky on the Svitlodarsk bulge, Donetsk region.

'Pursuant to the decision of the commander, Lieutenant-General Serhiy Nayev, the Joint Forces under the cover of the 72nd brigade units and in cooperation with the sappers conducted an inspection and liberated the settlement in the Svetlodarska arc,' the report said.
