Two citizens of occupied Luhansk region organized illegal transfers to Donbas

The officers of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) blocked the mechanism of the illegal transfers from occupied territories of Luhansk region to the territory controlled by Ukraine as the SBU reported on Facebook.

Two citizens of Stakhanov organized the illegal business as they had the Ukrainian approval documents for execution of transportation with an indefinite duration. Later the entrepreneurs registered as the company in the so-called Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR). According to the operative information, the perpetrators paid taxes and duties to the budget of pseudo-state.

They involved eight citizens of Stakhanov and Kharkiv in the illegal activity. The buses with the passengers aimed to Russia through the part of state border not controlled by the Ukrainian authority.

During the authorized investigative actions in Kharkiv in accommodations and vehicles of the involvants of the proceeding, the law enforcers confiscated the documents and other evidence of the illegal activity.

Two organizers faced the suspicion in the commitment of the criminal offense provided by the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Their vehicle arrested. The suspects faced the restrictive measure in the form of the arrest for 60 days.

Investigative actions continue.

As we reported workers of the SBU, Ukraine's Security Service guided by Prosecutor General's Office blocked the illegal import of jewelry from the territory of the Russia-annexed Crimea.
