Previously, Marchuk was the member of the security subdivision of the group. Kuchma, the second president of Ukraine chaired the Ukrainain delegation in Minsk for four years. In summer, he claimed he would soon resign due to his solid age. In August, Kuchma turned 80 and left the office. His successor Marchuk is currently 77.
