On Tuesday, February 16, the following working groups will convene for a meeting: the security group, the group on political issues, the humanitarian working group, and the economic working group.
A video conference of the joint TCG meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 17.
The meeting's agenda will conclude the following issues: implementation of the Minsk agreements and arrangements of the Paris summit; ensuring security in the conflict zone, compliance with the ceasefire; development of a joint plan for Donbas; exchange of detainees; full and unconditional access of international organizations to the occupied territory; restoration of socio-economic ties across the demarcation line, and others.
In addition, the Ukrainian side plans to once again report the numerous ceasefire violations by Russian armed forces in the region.
As we reported earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stands for the creation of another format of negotiations on the Donbas and Crimea issues that will include the United States and the Russian Federation.
