On Tuesday, November 24, the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) on Donbas Conflict solution will discuss the Joint Action Plan as the Ukrainian delegation reported on Facebook.
The TCG meeting will last two days in the format of the video conference. Thus, the following subgroup will hold the meetings:
- political (Joint Actions Plan);
- humanitarian (opening of the checkpoints, prisoner swap);
- security (observation of the ceasefire, improvement of the coordination mechanism within the Joint Control and Coordination Center).
On November 25, the general meeting at the level of the heads of the delegation will take place.
Earlier, Head of the Ukrainian delegation to the TCG Leonid Kravchuk stated that the Joint Action Plan, prepared by the Ukrainian side for the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) contained a proposal on the full and complete cessation of the conflict in Donbas and the demilitarization of certain districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions in early 2021 in order to create all necessary conditions for holding local elections there on March 31, 2021.
