Trilateral contact group postpones issue of new disengagement zones

Trilateral contact group on the settlement of the situation in the Donbas region postponed the issue of creating new disengagement zone at the contact line. Interfax-Ukraine reports this, citing a source in the security sub-group in Minsk.

"There is no progress on the issue of the formation of new disengagement zones. Consideration has been postponed altogether", said the source.

He recalled that the parties to the conflict in the Donbas region still could not dissolve the forces and means, even at three existing disengagement zones.
