The Ukrainian delegation intends to implement the following conditions: maintenance of a ceasefire in the region; provision of unimpeded access of ICRC and other international humanitarian organizations to detainees; release of detainees; free access to the entry-exit checkpoints (that is currently being blocked by the Russian side); finalization of the agreement on nineteen demining sites; finalization of the agreement on four new areas of disengagement; free and unimpeded access of the OSCE SMM to the entire territory of Ukraine.
