The members of the Trilateral Contact Group on Ukraine in Minsk started the videoconference on August 31 as the speaker of the second President of Ukraine and the representative of Ukraine in TCG Leonid Kuchma Darka Olifer reported at Facebook.

‘The videoconference of the Trilateral Contact Group began with the invited group of the representatives of the occupied territories Donetsk and Luhansk regions’, she wrote.

Earlier Olifer reported that the conference is necessary due to the fact that the occupied territories Donetsk and Luhansk regions do not keep the cease-fire regime. The partakers of the conference pursue an aim to urge the occupied territories Donetsk and Luhansk regions to provide the unobstructed access of the OSCE SMM to the whole territory of Donbas including the Russian-Ukrainian border.
