The meeting of the Trilateral Contac Group started in Minsk. This was reported by Leonid Kuchma Press Secretary Daria Olifer on Facebook.
As reported, the main topic of today's meeting is the release of illegally detained persons, as well as the possibility of the International Red Cross access to them. The rehabilitation of infrastructure in the Donbas region, as well as security and complete ceasefire state are also on the agenda of the meeting.
Recall that in the night October 20 in Berlin, the leaders of the Normandy format countries held talks. For five hours, Petro Poroshenko, Angela Merkel, Vladimir Putin and Francois Hollande, had a “difficult conversation”, as it was expressed after by the Chancellor.
The sides agreed to develop and approve the draft road map for the Donbas, discussed the work of the OSCE mission. Also, the interlocutors talked about the elections in the Donbas region and the ceasefire state.
