Three Ukrainian military officers were killed, five wounded over the last 24 hours in Anti-Terrorist Operation zone. This was reported by Andriy Lysenko, Defense Ministry Speaker on ATO issues, during the briefing broadcast by 112 Ukraine TV channel.

"Three Ukrainian soldiers were killed as a result of hostilities in Donbas, five more got wounded. Ukrainian Armed Forces suffered these heavy losses during enemy shelling in Donetsk direction mostly," Lysenko informed.

Yesterday situation in ATO zone became dramatically worse in all directions. General number of enemy shelling rose more than three times; while number of attacks from heavy weaponry increased fivefold. Ukrainian forces repeatedly shot back at the enemy.
