Three Ukrainian servicemen wounded in Donbas on Tuesday

On September 25, armed Russian militants attacked Ukrainian positions in Donbas six times. Three Ukrainian fighters sustained combat wounds over the said period, reads the daily report of the Joint Forces Operation HQ. 

The occupant forces used mostly grenade launchers, heavy machineguns and small arms; no cases of use of Minsk-banned weapons were reported. 

The enemy opened fire in Krymske, Zolote, Zaitsevo, Pisky, Hnutove and Lebedynske.

Recently, two Ukrainian soldiers sustained body injuries due to a mortar explosion in one of military units in Donetsk region on September 23, as the press office of Ukraine’s Prosecutor General Office reports.

The representatives of the institution stated that on September 23 at around 9 pm, a mortar exploded in one of the military units in Donetsk region. Two Ukrainian soldiers were wounded as a result. They sustained injuries with different degrees of severity.

A criminal proceeding was opened on the case under the article on violation of the regulations relating to the management of weapons and objects, which possess threat for the others. The pre-trial investigation is being carried out by the investigators of Bakhmut police office. The prosecutors of the military prosecutors control the investigation.
