All blasts were observed not far from the residence of Denis Pushilin, the self-styled 'leader' of 'Donetsk People's Republic'. Two explosions thundered near the hotel where OSCE observers are currently staying. Another one hit the deserted area in the same district.
No casualties were reported immediately after the incident.
Currently, the local services are defining the kind of explosive used in the attack.
Earlier, we reported that a group of Russian saboteurs tried to penetrate the defense lines of the Ukrainian troops in Donbas. The incident occurred in the Svitlodarsk area, Donetsk region, on February 17. The Joint Forces Operation HQ reported that on Facebook.
The Ukrainian fighters managed to spot the enemy just in time. The enemy assault was repelled, and one of the occupants was captured. He is currently interviewed by the Joint Forces Operation units.
