President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that there would be no capitulation of Ukraine's national interests during the event on the occasion of Defender of Ukraine Day held in Odesa. 112 Ukraine TV Channel broadcasted the event.

"Believe me, I am already allergic to the word "capitulation", and I want to assure you once again: There will be no capitulation of Ukraine's national interests. It's not about me, and it's not about Ukraine," Zelensky stated.

As we reported earlier, on September 21, 2016 representatives of the Tripartite Contact Group in Minsk signed a framework agreement on the separation of forces and in the Donbas. It was noted that the designated three security zones with an area of ​​not less than 2 by 2 square kilometers should be created in the area of ​​settlements Zolote, Petrovske and Stanytsia Luhanska. This was in addition to the Protocol of September 5, 2014, the memorandum of September 19, 2014, and a set of measures to implement the Minsk agreements of February 12, 2015.

Only on June 26, 2019, the first stage of the separation of forces was completed in Stanytsia Luhanska. On June 30, the OSCE special monitoring mission confirmed the deployment of forces in the Stanytsia Luhanska region.
