Stepan Poltorak the Minister of Defense of Ukraine claims that there is no tendency that Russia will implement the Minsk Agreements and the danger of the unfriendly relation of Moscow to Ukraine does not disappear as Interfax-Ukraine reports.

‘The total number of died from the beginning of the year is about 100 people and the number of the supplied technique shows that Russia does not plan to implement the Minsk Agreements. I do not see the tendency of Russia to implement even the first point of the agreement. Moreover, troops deploying on the border, the increase of the forces in Crimea do not show the friendly relations and point that the danger for Ukraine did not disappear’, the Minister said.

Poltorak noticed that the systematic violation of the Minsk Agreements is consistency.

‘They begin to increase the number of shellings to suppress us before every meeting for discussion of any importance. This is practiced since 2014. It shows that Russia totally controls the terroristic groups and they can stop the fire at any moment’, Poltorak said.

According to him, the adequate response of the Ukrainian governance is to strengthen the Army Force of Ukraine.

‘To talk with the firm attitude at any meeting, the governance should have the strong army. Our task is not politics but the renovation, reformation and armament of our Army Forces’, he noted.
