Ministry of Temporarily Occupied Territories and IDPs developed a manual “ABC… The armed conflict in terms (the guidebook for Ukraine)” with terminology on the conflict in Donbas. It was created for media, politicians, and representatives of the authority, as the ministry reported.
The ministry explained that the creation of such manual resulted from the fact that the information space “is overloaded with different, sometimes diametrically opposed concepts, thoughts, and estimations.”
“This manual is the first substantial work based on the legislation of Ukraine and documents of International Humanitarian law,” the message said.
“The more we understand what happens and why, faster we move towards the solution of the conflict and return of the stable peace and we will be able to explain it to the society simply and correctly,” Minister Vadym Chernysh stated.
According to him, this manual will help “everyone who works somehow with information, communicate with society, figure out the difficult terminology of the armed conflict.”
The manual (in Ukrainian) is available here.
Earlier, the Ministry of the Temporarily Occupied Territories and IDPs has found that the majority of Crimeans come to Ukraine to solve problems with documents; another reason is to receive medical services, while a certain category of people comes for education.
