Swiss Embassy sends 30 trucks with humanitarian aid to Donetsk region

The Embassy of Switzerland in Ukraine sent 600 tons of humanitarian cargo to the uncontrolled by Ukrainian authorities territory of Donetsk region. This is reported by the State Border Service of Ukraine.

"30 trucks from the Swiss embassy in Ukraine has followed through the Novotroitske control point to the uncontrolled territory," the press service said.

According to the information of the Ukrainian border guards, vehicles transported humanitarian cargo with a total weight of about 600 tons for the residents of Donetsk region.

Earlier Russia sent its 65th humanitarian convoy. According to the Emergency Ministry of the Russian Federation, the cargo mainly contains children's food kits and medicines.
