In the Donetsk region, the National Guard employees detained a man, suspected of the assistance of the pro-Russian militants, as the HQ of the Joint Forces Operation reported on Facebook.

The suspect was detained at the checkpoint near Volnovakha during the check of the Novotroitske-Mariupol bus.

It turned out that a passenger, who was on the international wanted list, stayed in the bus.

“During the check-up of the citizens and establishment of the personal information, it was found out that one of the passengers was on the wanted list, and he was suspected in the cooperation with the illegal armed formations,” the message reads.

He was detained and passed to law enforcers.

Earlier, in Dortmund, a citizen of Germany faced trial as he is suspected in the participation in the combat actions in Donbas at the side of the militants of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR).

As we reported, the Czech Republic investigates the participation of its 20 citizens in the combat actions in Donbas at the Russian side.
