The son of Mustafa Dzhemilev - Haisser is a fourth hostage, who was rescued from the Russian Federation. This was stated on the air of 112 Ukraine TV channel "by his lawyer Nikolai Polozov.

He noted that yesterday the term of his detention in colony expired.

"We were afraid of provocations, the fact that Russian Federation would want to use him  further as an instrument of pressure on the leader of the Crimean Tatars Mustafa Dzhemilev, afraid of fabricating a new case. Fortunately, this has not happened, yesterday I, together with Consul of Ukraine and several other people involved in the process, could take him out from Russia and bring him back home to Ukraine ", he said.

"Haisser is now at home in good condition. The trip was hard, we drove 27 hours from Astrakhan on several vehicles. This was done in order to avoid any contact with law enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation. Currently Hayser - is the fourth hostage   who managed to escape from the clutches of the Kremlin along with Savchenko, Afanasiev and Soloshenko ", laywer said.
