‘We cannot say that people take rehabilitation as they voluntary do this. The possibility to get the medical treatment and rehabilitation is provided to everyone. The soldiers can get it on the basis of the military hospitals, the civilians can get it at the hospitals that ruled by State Management of Affairs. Some people decided to come home and get the treatment there. There are some refusals from the treatment due to the fact that people are not ready to be under pressure of the mass media and public’, she claimed.

The official stated that the issue of the increased attention to the released became unexpectedly difficult.
