The “ombudsman of self-proclaimed “DPR” Darina Morozova refutes information that the preparation for the prisoner exchange was coming to an end. Blogger Kyrylo Kikvidze wrote this on korrespondent.net, as ZIK reports.

According to him, reports about it have appeared in several Russian mass media.

“Darina Morozova stressed that during the negotiations at a meeting of the humanitarian subgroup on November 27, the representatives of Kyiv did not show intent to carry out the procedural clean-up of detained persons. In addition, they did not provide full information on detained persons,” the blogger quoted.

Now, according to him, the reaction of Kyiv should follow, as earlier it was reported that Ukraine and the self-proclaimed republics of Donbas have reached the final stage of preparation to the exchange.

As it was reported earlier, Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office in Ukraine and in the Trilateral Contact Group, Martin Sajdik, expects that the sides to the conflict will agree on an exchange of prisoners in the near future. He stressed that the two sides will introduce "very serious work" and this issue was topical within a humanitarian working group in Minsk.
