The Russian militants use forbidden tricks of war in Donbas conflict zone, as the Joint Forces Operation HQ reported on Facebook.
“For instance, recently, the militants’ snipers started using the tactics of “wounded bird”. They don’t kill our soldier, they shot in leg so that he can not move and call for help. Then, they are waiting for the standby team or military medical workers to come and then, they hold a deadly “safari”, the message says.
It was also reported that the occupants are the first ones who shoot from the banned mortars or heavy machine guns at the Ukrainian positions and call for OSCE patrols. Saying that the Ukrainians have allegedly attacked them.
“As long as the soldiers of the Joint Forces are preparing to give an adequate response, the international observers come. The latter can only see our responsive fire without knowing who started it,” the Joint Forces Operation HQ reports.
As it was reported, 2911 Ukrainian soldiers died since the beginning of the combat actions in Donbas.
In early June, Pavlo Klimkin, Ukraine’s Foreign Minister, said that 240 children died since the beginning of Donbas war.
According to the UN report, around 3,000 civilians died since the beginning of the combat actions in the eastern Ukraine, including 298 civilians who died in MH15 tragedy in 2014.
