The Crimean Prosecutor's Office announced wanted seven former members of the Crimean parliament who, with the beginning of Russian aggression, facilitated the annexation of the peninsula. This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor's Office.

It is noted that former deputies declared wanted are suspected of subversive activities against Ukraine, having supported Russian occupation of the Crimea.

"As a result of such support, Autonomous Republic of Crimea became part of the territory of Russian Federation. The Prosecutor's Office of Crimea is preparing petitions to gain permission to detain them, in the message.

As it was previously reported, as of December 2017, 75 former members of the Verkhovna Rada of Crimea who assisted in the annexation of peninsula were declared wanted.

At the same time, the occupation authorities of Crimea in the course of checking documents at Armyansk checkpoint Ukrainian citizen from Kyiv who allegedly was on the federal wanted list on suspicion of fraud and drug trafficking was taken in custody. 

It is noted that Kyiv resident, born in 1987, was detained at Armyansk checkpoint in the north of the occupied peninsula.
