The Security Service of Ukraine does not disclose the names and lists of those people whom Ukraine transferred to uncontrolled territories during the exchange of prisoners, because this is personal information. This is reported by Hromadske with reference to the SBU.

103 people remain in hostages in the uncontrolled territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. How many people militants ask to transfer is still unknown.

"These lists will be negotiated in Minsk," the SBU explained.

Until now, a complete list of all the names of people who have passed through the exchange, was not made public officially.
