Ukraine’s Security Service has been documenting numerous breaches of Minsk agreements by the pro-Russian mercenaries in Avdiivka, as the town suffers from constant shelling. The press service of the law enforcement agency reported that on Tuesday evening.

‘The SBU and other law enforcement agencies are documenting crimes committed by the terrorists against the civilians.  This data will be added to the ‘package’ of other crimes that the Russian Federation will be held accountable for in international courts,’ the message says.

The SBU agents are now searching and destroying enemy saboteur groups and arresting artillery observers, which assist the enemy. The law enforcement agency closely cooperates with the local authorities to avoid deepening of the humanitarian crisis in Avdiivka and its vicinities. The SBU also supports OSCE so that the monitors have maximum access to the war-torn areas.
