Paris expresses its condolences to the families and loved ones of those who have died

Eiffel Tower in Paris will turn its lights off at midnight to pay tribute to the victims of terrorist act in Stockholm. This was reported by Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo, according to BBC.

The message reads that she is deeply distressed with the new villainous terrorist attack.

Hidalgo expressed condolences to the families and loved ones of those who have died.

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman also expressed condolences to Swedish people due to the incident.

As it was reported earlier, a truck ran into crowd of people in Stockholm downtown on Drottninggatan major pedestrian street. Police said that two people were killed as a result, several more got injured. At the same time, Reuters agency claims that the truck killed three people and wounded eight, referring to police.

Police also received information about shooting, however it is not confirmed yet.
