The officers of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) detained the informer of the Russia-backed militants of the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) in Donetsk Region. The press service of SBU reported this.

‘The counterintelligence of SBU detained the terrorist’s informer in the area of the holding of anti-terroristic operation’, the message said.

He is the member of agent network of DPR Russia-backed militants, internally displaced person from Donetsk, who lived in Pokrovsk, Donetsk Region.

The man gathered and transferred the information about the detachments of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to the Russia-backed militants. At the moment the malefactor is into custody and the operational and investigative actions continue.

Earlier SBU detained DPR informer in Kostyantynivka.
