Armed formations of the Russian Federation plant military vehicles and armaments in the restricted areas of Donbas combat zone. The Joint Forces Operation HQ reported that with the reference to OSCE SMM report dating back to December 6.
On December 4, the mini-UAV of the OSCE spotted the weapons in the occupied sections of Donetsk and Luhansk regions alike.
Besides, the SMM reported 21 Russian tanks deployed behind the withdrawal lines but beyond the designated sites of storage; 16 T-72s and five T-64s were spotted near Manuilivka, to the east of Donetsk.
As for ceasefire violations, the SMM recorded about 110 explosions in Donetsk region, which is less compared with the previous reporting period (about 450 explosions). 'The majority of ceasefire violations were recorded in areas south-west of Svitlodarsk (government-controlled, 57km north-east of Donetsk) and near Kamianka (government-controlled, 20km north of Donetsk)', OSCE mentioned.
'In Luhansk region, the SMM recorded more ceasefire violations, including about 630 explosions, compared with the previous reporting period (about 290 explosions). The majority of ceasefire violations were recorded in areas north-west and west of Kadiivka (formerly Stakhanov, non-government-controlled, 50km west of Luhansk), including about 410 explosions, and near the disengagement area close to Zolote (government-controlled, 60km west of Luhansk), including about 150 explosions', the report says.
