During the last day, Russian forces have violated the ceasefire regime in Donbas 23 times, using 120-mm and 82-mm mortars banned by the Minsk agreements, as well as BMP’s weapons, grenade/rocket launchers and small arms. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense.
In the area of responsibility of the tactical group "East" the invaders carried out 17 shellings on the positions of the Joint Forces.
120-mm caliber mortars, BMP-1’s weapons, grenade launchers, and small arms were used in the area of Vodiane; anti-tank grenade launchers were applied near Novognatovka and Taramchuk; in the area of Verhetoretsky Russian militants fired with grenade/rocket launchers and small arms; near Marinka, Bogdanivka and Slavne – with machine guns and small arms.
In the area of responsibility of tactical group "North" pro-Kremlin mercenaries carried out six attacks.
As a result of shellings, for the past 24 hours, one Ukrainian serviceman was tagged and one suffered a combat injury.
It is worth noting that during the current day, militants have already violated the ceasefire regime twice.
