Russian side in the Joint Coordination and Control Center has not provided written ceasefire guarantees in the area of power line breakage in Avdiivka. This was reported by Pavlo Zhebrivskyi, the Head of the Donetsk regional military and civil administration, on his Facebook page.

"The Russian side in the Joint Coordination and Control Center has not provided written ceasefire guarantees in the area of power transmission lines break as of 9 a.m. Electricians cannot reach the power transmission lines without such guarantees and without participation of OSCE mission representatives, as there is major threat that Russian militants can start shelling again," Zhebrivskyi noted.

He also reminded that militants earlier fired at electricians even after guarantees were provided.
