On late April 24, Russian mercenaries landed a mortar attack on Vodyane, Donetsk region. Civilian objects and infrastructure were damaged during the shooting, said the press office of the HQ of Joint Forces Operation.
"In the evening of April 24, mercenaries of the aggressor country performed an attack on the inhabited locality of Vodyane, Volnovakha district, using the Minsk-banned weaponry", reads the message.
The occupants shot 12 mines of 120 mm, four mines of 82 mm, and twelve grenades from an SPG, the rocket-propelled grenade launcher.
No civilian victims were reported.
"It seems to me that this meeting will take place after all. I have given a task for the head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak, to contact Putin's administration and they will find a time and place where we can meet. The main thing is content and where it will take place is a detail," Zelensky said.
