The Russian Investigative Committee again opened a case against the Ukrainian military, this time institution accused the Armed Forces of Ukraine colonel of involvement in the shelling of the occupied Donbas from the missile systems Tochka-U. This is reported on the agency's website.

"The Investigative Committee managed to establish that Colonel Fiodor Yaroshevich, the commander of 19 separate missile brigade, was involved in commiting of this crime. As the investigation believes, it was he who on August 22, 2014, issued an order for attacking the village of Rovenky by tactical missiles," the source said.

According to the ministry, as a result of this shelling civilians were killed.
