The trucks with Russian “humanitarian convoy” could hide “live” forces of the enemy. This opinion was expressed by Donetsk military civil administration head Pavlo Zhebrivsky on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel.

"Russians have not been carrying ammunition in the “humanitarian convoys” for a long time already. Today they set up transfer of arms, ammunition and fuel through the railway. Today, trains run and all these things happen. What can be in this “humanitarian convoy”? There could be “live” force. Such a situation is possible, "he said.

He added that the day before, another battalion tactical group entered the occupied Luhansk, amounting to around 900 people armed with weaponry of the Russian regular troops.
