Prosecutor’s Office put the suspect on wanted list

Ukraine’s Military Prosecutor’s Office was issued a suspect notice to Russian general Aleksey Zavizyon involved in death of 3 thousand Ukrainian soldiers. This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor’s Office.

“Zavizyon is reasonably suspected in giving orders to shell ATO positions and attack Ukraine’s Armed Forces soldiers and law enforcers, serving as a commander of the so-called DNR people’s militia in the period from February to July of 2015 in conspiracy with other authorities and officials of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation,” the message says.

As a result of these actions, over 3 thousand soldiers of Ukraine’s Armed Forces and other military forces involved in ATO were killed and more than 8 thousand were injured. Also, a significant material damage was inflicted to Ukraine.

The suspect was put on wanted list and a court appeal to detain the suspect is being prepared.

Earlier it was reported that three Ukrainian soldiers killed, eight injured in ATO area. The enemy actively used heavy weapons, prohibited by the Minsk agreements.
