Russian law enforcers once again accused the Ukrainian military of attacking civilian infrastructure in the war-torn Donbas. The Investigation Committee of the Russian Federation brought up new charges; the respective message may be found on the authority’s website.
‘The investigation found out that servicemen of Ukraine’s Armed Forces and the National Guard obeyed the inherently illegal orders; they deployed artillery strikes on civilian infrastructure in Staromykhailivka (Donetsk region) and Stakhanov (Luhansk region) on June 23 and June 28’ reads the message.
Another two cases were opened against the mentioned troops, charged with the ‘use of banned methods of leading the war’.
