Russian Investigation Committee accuses Ukrainian military officers of allegedly committing crimes against civilians. This was reported by the Investigation Committee on its site.

It is claimed that Ukrainian soldiers of the Armed Forces and National Guard allegedly used heavy weaponry and shelled civil buildings in the cities of Donetsk, Yasynuvata and Dokuchaevsk on March 29 - 30.

Earlier it was reported that ATO headquarters repeatedly reports that Russian occupation forces use forbidden by Minsk agreements heavy weaponry: Grads, PMN mines (also called “black widow”).

SBU officers often find Russia-produced weapons in ATO area. SBU stressed that this find was "another proof of Russian participation in the armed conflict in eastern Ukraine".
