Russia did not fulfill any of the points of the Minsk Agreement during three years and it needs the destabilization of Ukraine as the spokesperson of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry reported on Twitter.
'The range of measures on the fulfillment of the Minsk Agreement was signed on February 12, 2015. But any point of it was fulfilled. Russia needs war and destabilization of Ukraine', Betsa wrote.
The Normandy Four (Ukraine, Germany, France and Russia) signed the agreement 'Minsk II' at the leaders' level on February 12, 2015. The agreements also provide the ceasefire, disengagement of forces and heavy weaponry observed by the OSCE.
As we reported Sergey Lavrov, Russia's Foreign Minister claimed that Ukraine 'will make a mistake by breaking the Minsk agreements', if it finally approves the law on the reintegration of Donbas on February 11.
