The part of the MO-3 road is cleared from the mines and the OSCE SMM was able to make it to Debaltseve, Donetsk region. The OSCE reported this at Twitter.

'Hug and other observers passed the MO-3 road to Debaltseve. The mines and obstacles are removed at the both sides. It is the joint efforts of the Joint Center on Control and Coordination and the groups on the mine clearance', the OSCE claimed.

The OSCE emphasized that the further mine clearance of the Donbas territory is necessary.

'The sides can implement the mine clearance if they want. The further mine clearance of the whole Donbas is necessary. The civil logic should prevail', the OSCE added.

The OSCE SMM observers could not reach Sviltodarsk due to the mined road.
