The incident happened at 5:30 pm on Chelyuskintsiv Street.
According to eyewitnesses, the man was feeding chickens when a sniper shot him.
At the same time, the Joint Forces Opearion headquarters denied the information that sniper fire had been opened by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"Violations with the use of weapons were accompanied by openly fabricated accusations in the information space. In particular, it was about alleged opening of sniper fire by units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Fake news is intensively circulated in the so-called media of temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine," the statement said.
The headquarters also said that the Ukrainian side of the Joint Center for Control and Coordination had prepared a note to the OSCE SMM with materials of the investigation into the facts of open manipulations by the militants, including a video recording of events near the village of Oleksandrivka.
Earlier, Ukrainian Ombudsman reported that 109 Ukrainian prisoners are being held in occupied Crimea, and 267 in Donbas.
