Russian leader Vladimir Putin is ready for negotiations with his Ukrainian counterpart about matters of Ukraine-Russia bilateral relations. Dmitriy Peskov, Putin's press secretary said so as quoted by RIA Novosti news agency.

The official added that there was no information about this meeting from the Office of President of Ukraine

"Political advisors of leaders of the Minsk Four countries are working and contacting all the time.
