Moscow will never agree that it is one of the parties to the armed conflict in Donbas. Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that, RIA Novosti reports.

"Nowhere in the Minsk agreements is it said that Russia is a party to the conflict. We have never agreed and we will not agree with that. We are not," Putin said.

Putin pointed out that the Ukrainian authorities continue to use force to resolve the crisis in the region, violating the agreements.

In particular, he recalled the use of combat drones by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"The use of aviation, even unmanned aircraft, is strictly prohibited by the Minsk agreements, but no one reacts to this," he said.

As we reported, Politico published new satellite photos taken by Western experts on Monday confirm recent reports that Russia is again concentrating troops and military hardware on the border with Ukraine. The images were taken by Colorado-based US space technology company Maxar Technologies.

However, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) Oleksiy Danilov denied this information and called it “deliberate disinformation”.

Later, Bloomberg published the report of Janes Company, which states that Russia is moving tanks to the Ukrainian border. This time, observers noticed a battalion of T80-U tanks in the Voronezh region.
