Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the law on inclusion of inland sea waters of the coastal line of the occupied Crimea to the so-called special economic zone (SEZ) of the region.
The document was published on the website of legal information of Russian Federation.
The document says that the law establishes "special legal regime" in the occupied Crimea and Sevastopol and allegedly will help attract investment, develop transport infrastructure, and tourism.
As it was reported earler Russian State Duma wants to turn Crimea to offshore zone. The author aims to protect Crimean investors from sanctions by trusts.
