Prosecutor General's Office to send ICC in Hague evidence about Russian aggression in Donbas

Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine documented the fact of Russia's violation of laws and methods of warfare during the artillery attack on Mykolaivka II, the inhabited locality in Donetsk region. The respective papers will be handed over to the International Criminal Court in the Hague

According to the press department of Prosecutor General's Office, a number of artillery strikes occurred in the morning of May 17. 'Russian occupant forces used the heavy artillery in violation of the international humanitarian law and carried out the adjusted attack on Mykolaivka II, Bakhmut district, Donetsk region', the message says. 

Four living houses were almost completely destroyed; household buildings in the area took damage, too.
