Prosecutor General’s Office conducts pre-trial investigation of crimes in terms of criminal proceeding on violation of laws and customs of war by the Russian Armed Forces and Russia controlled "DPR" and "LPR" militants. This was reported on the website of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

Recording the facts of Russia’s military aggression, primarily shelling on residential areas, checkpoints and infrastructure in Donbas, will be the priority.

Operation and investigation unit did 26 visits to the scenes of artillery impacts on civilian infrastructure in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, on the results of which protocols on the inspection of the scene of the incident were drawn up, ammo fragments were also seized.
