The investigation group spotted the presence of the Armed Forces of Russia at the occupied part of Ukraine after the shelling of Novoluhanske village. Andry Lysenko, the spokesperson of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine reported this at Facebook.

The militants began the shelling of Novoluhanske on the evening of December 19 and continued it at the night. Eight local citizens, including a child, were wounded in the result of it. They were hospitalized in the nearest hospitals. Moreover, the dozens of the houses were damaged. At the moment, the control headquarters is deployed there and Volodymyr Groysman, the Prime Minister of Ukraine promised the local citizens the support from the state. Moreover, the evacuation of all desiring from the village was announced. The attack was held from occupied Horlivka.
47 buildings, particularly the private houses, kindergarten, school and others were damaged in the result of the attack.
