The pro-Russian militants have shelled Zolote city in Luhansk region and it resulted in the damage of the main waterpipe (1200 mm diameter), which led to the leakage of water in the volume of more than 2.000 cubic meters per hour as Yuriy Klymenko, Deputy Chairman of Luhansk Military Civilian Administration, reported on Facebook.
Zolote city is left without water supply, while Katerynivka village suffers from the power outage. Besides, the supply of water to occupied territories was stopped. The maintenance crews came to the site; all the necessary measures for the normalization of the situation are assumed.
“Despite the bringing in full operational readiness, our troops tend not to respond to the provocations and not to give a chance to the enemy to start full-scale belligerent activities,” Klymenko wrote.
On Monday, December 10, Russian occupation forces violated the ceasefire regime in the Joint Forces Operation zone seven times. The militants continue using weapons prohibited by the Minsk Agreements. In particular, the enemy fired 120mm mortars at the positions of the Joint Forces near Novooleksandrivka (direction of Popasna).
