Ukrainian JCCC note that according to the analysis of the open information and Google Maps data, the positions of the armed formations of the Russian Federation are located near Sakhanka; the distance between them and the shelled building is 1,400 – 1,700 meters. The distance between it and the position of the Armed Forces of Ukraine exceeds 2,500 meters.

"The effective range of AGS-17 according to the tactic and technical characteristics is 1,700 meters. So, the involvement of the particular side in the attack is obvious," the JCCC concluded.
