September 23, Russian-backed forces opened fire 24 times on positions of the Ukrainian soldiers. The gunfire resulted in the two fighters being wounded, the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) headquarters reports on Facebook.

"For the past 24 hours, two members of the Joint Forces units have been injured," the statement said.

From the beginning of the day, Russian-backed militants have twice violated the ceasefire regime - Ukrainian defenders of Krasnohorivka and Travneve have been targeted by the hostile fire.
