The leader of militants of the so-called Luhansk People’s Republic Igor Plotnitsky, despite the tense situation in the occupied Luhansk, holds "working meetings." was reported on the "official website" of Plotnitsky, the video was also posted.
It is reported that the militants’ leader today, on November 22 met with local "officials of the Council of Ministers", “acting Interior Minister’ and his "deputy". At the meeting it was allegedly discussed about the eliminating the consequences of the bad weather in Luhansk region. At the same time, Plotnitsky claimed that on Tuesday in "LPR" there was "an attempt to seize state power."
It is not reported where exactly the meeting was held. Earlier, a number of Russian media referring to the militants reported that Plotnitsky had left Luhansk for Russia with his family the day before.
As it was reported earlier Russia-made armoured vehicles crossed the militant-held section of Ukraine’s state border and entered Luhansk; it took place on Krasnodon district of Luhansk region, where Ukraine’s border guards have no access to the border line.
Users of social networks uploaded videos with Russian tanks on the city’s streets on Tuesday – the same day when well-armed masked fighters appeared in Luhansk.
